Manage end-to-end portfolio of residential and small acreage properties
Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
Screen tenants, manage leases, and ensure presentation standards
Oversee arrears and financial management
Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
