About the role
We’re looking for a Demand Planning Manager to drive a transparent, accurate, and collaborative forecasting process. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Planning to deliver robust demand plans, support the IBP cycle, and enable confident business decisions.
Note: This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract
- Lead the monthly demand planning process, driving consensus and clear accountability
- Incorporate insights from Sales, Finance, and Pricing into forecasts
- Track forecast accuracy (MAPE/bias) and identify key performance drivers
- Support IBP forums through calendar management, content collation, and follow-up
- Provide insights on demand/supply gaps, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
About you
You’re a supply chain professional with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to deliver accurate forecasts in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Collaborative and detail-oriented, you bring commercial awareness and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in supply chain planning/ management, favourable
- Skilled in enterprise planning systems (Infor advantageous)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and manage diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong planning and communication skills
