About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to advance your retail leadership career? We seek a Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to support the boutique manager in managing daily operations at our Centrepoint Boutique. You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring smooth operations and memorable customer experiences.
This is a Full-Time Permanent position, 38 hours/week, with at least one weekend work every fortnight.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing all aspects of boutique operations.
Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain brand standards and ensure a customer-first experience.
Support visual merchandising and stock management.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
About You
1-2 years' experience in retail, preferably in a similar role.
Experience as a senior beauty advisor or assistant manager.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong team motivator and leader.
Understanding of KPIs with ability to analyze reports.
Skincare & management experience is a plus but not essential.
