Partnering with clients to fulfill their workforce needsManaging employees, including scheduling, leave, and shift coverageMaintaining a strong on-site presenceCoordinating inductions and site orientations for new team membersConducting health and safety activities to ensure compliance and well-beingAs a Site Manager, no two days are ever the same
