As part of our continued expansion in Australia, we are strengthening our After-Sales & Service capability to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Aftersales Technical Manager is responsible for leading and managing all after-sales technical service activities for EP Cube systems across Australia.

This role oversees:

* Post-sales technical support operations
* Warranty and RMA management
* SLA performance and service governance
* Service partner and installer network management
* Spare parts and service process optimization

The role acts as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and serves as the key liaison between the Australian market and Global HQ technical, product, and quality teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations & Technical Leadership
* Lead after-sales technical support operations for EP Cube across Australia
* Act as senior escalation point for complex technical and commissioning issues
* Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards (AS/NZS), CEC, and grid requirements
* Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions in collaboration with Global Engineering and Quality teams
Warranty & Performance Management
* Oversee warranty claims and RMA processes from initiation to closure
* Monitor and manage service KPIs (response time, resolution time, failure trends, customer satisfaction)
* Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to improve product reliability
* Optimize service workflows and spare parts planning to minimize downtime
* Recruit, onboard, and manage authorized service providers across Australia
* Establish performance standards and ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements
* Support technical capability development and certification tracking of service partner
Training, Market Feedback & Continuous Improvement
* Oversee technical training programs and service documentation
* Support product launches with technical readiness planning
* Provide structured market feedback to Global Product and R&D teams
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 6–8 years' experience in after-sales service, technical support leadership, or service operations within Solar PV, BESS, or related electrical industries
* Strong understanding of residential PV systems and energy storage integration
* Proven experience managing service providers, technical teams, or SLA-driven service environments
* Experience handling warranty processes and RMAs
* Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving capability
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and service tracking tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel within Australia as required
Highly Regarded
* CEC accreditation
* Experience building or scaling service operations in a growth-phase market
* Experience working with distributor and installer networks in Australia
