* RN/RM1 $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits
* RN/RM2C $87,416 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits
* Multiple ongoing part time vacancies available (hours to be negotiated) over a 7 day roster

We are offering multiple ongoing part-time positions within our dedicated nursing team at Gumeracha District Soldiers Memorial Hospital in the Acute Ward.

In this rewarding role, you'll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering safe, person-centred care that makes a real difference in the lives of our community. You'll assess individual needs, coordinate care, and help improve health outcomes in a warm and welcoming setting. Whether you're an experienced Registered Nurse or ready to step into a Clinical Nurse role, we want to hear from you

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is in Gumeracha). * Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and case management tailored to individual patient needs.
* Lead and coordinate patient care on your shift, supporting both patients and fellow team members.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. * You will need to be immunised. Please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries. Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy. Further information is in the application for to help guide you.
* You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
* You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse within our organisation.
