**About the role**:
Our client have just implemented a global HCM system and the Applications support specialist will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 support using a ticketing system for their business.You will be actioning support requests, responding to enquiries and working closely with other teams to resolve queries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing Level 1 & Level 2 support using their ticketing system
- Escalating enquiries as required
- Deliver helpdesk support in accordance with service level agreements
- Support and participate in data maintenance activities
**About You**:
- Experience providing level 1 & level 2 support
- Using a ticketing system, preferably Servicenow but any would be great!
- You enjoy problem solving and providing suitable solutions
- You enjoy providing excellent customer service
