As a Detailer at Carma, you'll have the chance to become a true car expert
You'll be hands-on in the entire detailing process, from washing and cleaning to more advanced skills like polishing, steam cleaning and more.
Your attention to detail will shine through as you make every car look and feel brand new
Washing and Detailing: Clean, dry, and prepare cars to meet high standards Interior Cleaning: Vacuum and tidy the interiors for delivery or photography General Support: Assist with polishing, stain removal, and moving vehicles as needed Ongoing Improvements: Help us find ways to make our processes more efficient Attention to Detail: Handle every car with care to ensure it's ready to impress You have some previous experience as a carwasher or detailer (even if that's working on your own cars) A valid NSW driver's licence (manual driving is a bonus) A keen eye for detail – we love a perfectionist
Motivation to learn and grow your skills Comfort in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work This role is full time (Monday to Friday 8am-4pm), based at our St Peters site.
