Marketing Assistant Role
About the position... As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring that administrative and customer service activities are carried out accurately and efficiently. You will be working closely with our Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications Managers to successfully complete your traineeship in Marketing.
Your Daily Tasks
As a Marketing Assistant, your daily tasks may include:
* Providing administrative support to the marketing team
* Providing excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
* Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* SUPPORTING THE TEAM IN THE DELIVERY OF EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
* Coordination of photography and videography shoots and interview schedules
* Assistance with events logistics and coordination
* Support the team by liaising with suppliers for quotes, timelines and deliveries
* Assist with creating basic assets in Canva, following brand guidelines
* Support the collection and organisation of media permissions as required
* Help keep marketing calendars, trackers and contact lists up to date
* Assist with capturing content at occasional offsite events or photoshoots as required

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible with hours depending on event and other requirements. You should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the willingness to learn other applications and skills as required. Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and administration Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour.
