Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation
Experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Driver's licence and reliable car
