Looking for a fresh adventure and a sea change? Join this vibrant team in a remote coastal town in the heart of the Northern Territory! We’re on the hunt for a passionate, reliable Cafe All-Rounder to help deliver excellent coffee and good vibes in the friendly community cafe.
Pay & Perks
Casual Rates :
- $35.15/hr Monday to Friday
- $42.18/hr Saturdays
- Accommodation + Duty Meals: Just $175/week
- Your own private room in a shared 3-bedroom staff house
- Includes daily meals during your shift!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer service & counter duties
- Handling cash and EFTPOS
- Making top-notch coffees
- Light cooking (burgers, chips, toasties – easy stuff!)
- Keeping the cafe clean and welcoming
- Jumping in to help where needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Solid cafe experience and strong barista skills
- Friendly, adaptable, and a team player
- Can live and work in a remote location
- Fluent English and great communication/customer service
- Takes pride in a clean, efficient workspace
The Extras
- Eligible for 462 & 417 Visa Extensions
- 4WD access only – it’s remote (but worth it!)
- Daily flights available from Cairns & Darwin
