About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Mental Health Inpatient Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver person-centered nursing care, working collaboratively with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
* To provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians, ensuring quality care is maintained
* To demonstrate effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills, using information technology, written, and verbal means
* To apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized person-centered care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
* To supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care, demonstrating leadership and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
* To prioritize and organize workload effectively, delivering care with integrity and accountability
Requirements:
* CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE AUSTRALIAN HEALTH PRACTITIONERS REGULATION AGENCY (AHPRA) AS A REGISTERED NURSE
* Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written, and verbal means, as well as sound interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized person-centered care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care, demonstrating leadership and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability
