We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Richlands.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their fluid power needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage and grow strategic key accounts within the fluid power sector
Develop in-depth understanding of clients' operations and challenges to recommend effective solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, engineering, and service for a seamless customer experience
Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase revenue
Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management
Who are you:
Strong communication and organisation skills
Prior experience in sales, administration, account management or in a similar role
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Previous experience working with specialised industrial products.
A hose, fittings or hydraulic background is highly desirable
Computer literate and a good grasp of CRM systems and Microsoft tools
Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Business Network is advantageous, but not essential
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
