Position Profile
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to appoint to a Nurse Educator position. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for the development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation of education, professional development programs, resources, and strategies for nursing and related services. Areas of accountability will include leadership, development, implementation, and review of quality and safety initiatives, the setting of clinical standards, policy development, and change management. The successful applicant will work in collaboration with colleagues and the Nurse Coordinator, and practice within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

Responsibilities
The Nurse Educator will develop, facilitate, implement, and evaluate education and professional development initiatives for nursing staff. The role includes leading and reviewing quality and safety initiatives, setting clinical standards, developing policies, and managing change. The incumbent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the Nurse Coordinator, ensuring practice aligns with the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
