ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
CNW Electrical is an Australian owned Electrical Wholesaler. Regarded as the Leading Independent, our people strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our CNW Slacks Creek Branch.
This casual position requires up to 18 hours per week. We are flexible around school schedules, and for the right candidate, additional hours may be available. We require a determined, fun loving and hardworking person to step into this role at our established Electrical Wholesale Branch.
Your responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:
* Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Customer Service on the phone and counter.
* Data Entry & Banking.
* Manage Trial Balance and ensure all customer payments are made on time.
* Making contact with customers to receive and process account payments.
* All General Administrative duties – Stationary orders, mail out etc.
* Managing and maintaining customer relationships/ expectations.
* Assisting the Manager and other team members where required.
We need a self-motivated and passionate Administrative Assistant who will be able to think on their feet and work autonomously. The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Accounts Payable and Receivable experience (highly regarded).
* Experience in Momentum Pro (highly regarded).
* Ability to learn new tasks quickly with the aptitude to learn the product range.
* Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* A current Australian driver's license.
* High attention to detail
* Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
