Job Description:
As the Office Manager you will oversee bookings, communications, assist in sales & marketing within the organisation. You will directly be responsible for managing the front desk, reservation system, payments & invoices, sales and office operations.
Key responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to:
* Ensure all guests have an amazing experience through delivering exceptional customer service that goes over and beyond.
* Ensure all incoming emails are responded to effectively within the organisation standard..
* Assist with wedding inspections when required.
* Handle new wedding contract sales and administration
* Manage third party booking channels
* Strive to meet 100% occupancy at all times.
* Hotel inventory management
* Handle and organise all office administration.
* Implementing and reviewing department policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:
* At least one year of experience in a similar role
* Previous experiences in hotel or guests services is a bonus but not a must
* Availability to work weekends.
* Attention to detail and excellent personal presentation standards.
* Strong experience with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Ability to work as part of a team, but also lead when required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
