**3-month contract, with a possible extension.**:

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will collect, analyse, and interpret complex HR data related to talent management, employee development, and internal mobility.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret complex HR data related to talent management, employee development, and internal mobility.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilise HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday) to extract and manipulate data for analysis purposes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and propose actionable strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular HR metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies.
- Identify insights and trends through reporting that contribute to enhancing the experience for employees.
- Provide accurate information, metrics, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailored to their specific requirements.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Talent Marketplace platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving data-related issues.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, HR Management) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within HR or talent management.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms such as SAP, ADP, and Workday, with the ability to extract and analyse data.
- Understanding of HR policies, talent management principles, and workforce planning concepts is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and trend analysis techniques.
