Job Description
Based in our Glenorchy Branch, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers. You will complete administrative tasks, assist the team to plan and facilitate glazing jobs.
This position is office based. There is no work-from-home flexibility at this time. The position is replacing a full-time team member but we are open to considering a permanent part-time option.
About the Role:
* Coordinate glazing resources in a timely and efficient manner, including all administrative tasks, answering phones, handling customer enquiries and planning/scheduling
* High attention to detail required
* Fast-paced team environment
* KPI-driven
About You:
* Flexibility to work set hours Monday - Friday
* Ability to manage customer expectations
* Ability to provide written quotes and be computer-savvy
* Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
* Simpro or planning system experience is an advantage
* Any scheduling, planning or rostering experience in any industry would be advantageous but is not essential
* Any experience in the glass industry would be highly regarded
