About the role
As our Faculty Administrator for the SA Faculty, you will liaise with members, council, committees and stakeholders, coordinate events, meetings, and communications, and provide financial and operational support to ensure smooth operations. Reporting to the State Manager, you will also manage reception, office services, and administrative support.
As our Faculty Administrator in SA, you'll also:
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and member enquiries.
* Accounts reconciliation
* Organise catering for events
* Assist with faculty events (some weekend and evening work required.)
* Provide back-up support to council and working groups with agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
* Manage office logistics including supplies, contractors, mail, and building access.
* Coordinate travel, budgets, invoicing, and record management for the SA Faculty.
* Reception duties
Skills & Experience
* Strong administration and reception experience with attention to detail
* Friendly and calm disposition, ability to handle a range of member enquiries
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
* Confident with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
* Previous experience with databases/ CRM
