The opportunity
We are looking for a Campaign Account Manager who thrives in a busy retail environment and prioritises service delivery for the client. This role owns the campaign production calendar and manages the flow of work from the customer to our various manufacturing business units. You will manage briefs, quoting, timelines and approvals, coordinate internal teams, and keep jobs moving cleanly from request through to finished goods and despatch.
What you will be doing
• Owning day to day delivery across multiple workstreams and being the key contact for briefs and status
• Building clear briefs and job specs, and making sure we have what we need to quote and produce accurately
• Coordinating quoting, schedules, approvals, artwork, and production processes
• Briefing internal teams including production and logistics, and keeping everyone aligned on deadlines and priorities
• Managing job tracking, WIP updates and client reporting, with strong attention to detail
• Coordinating with warehousing and fulfilment teams on stock availability, pick pack despatch, lead times, and order accuracy where relevant
• Flagging risks early and solving problems quickly, escalating to the Account Director when needed
• Contributing to process improvements that lift speed, quality, and client experience
What we are looking for
• Solid experience in account management within marketing services, print, production, POS, or retail activations
• Strong working knowledge of print production and retail POS workflows, from brief to finished goods
• Confident with quoting, timelines, multiple stakeholders, and high-volume job management
• Highly organised with strong follow through, and the ability to keep calm when things move quickly
• A natural communicator who builds trust and keeps clients informed at all times
• Experience with portals, stock management, or warehousing and fulfilment programs is a bonus
• A solid knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet management is a must
• A team first style and pride in quality delivery
