They are currently seeking an experienced administrator with records management experience to commence on the 26th of June.
Your new role
As the Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Services team by delivering high-quality administrative, correspondence, and records management services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintain accurate records through effective indexing, archiving, and document control.
* Manage and register all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and response tracking.
* Provide quality control for official documents including reports, letters, and minutes.
* Monitor and report on active and overdue files, following up with relevant stakeholders to meet deadlines.
* Maintain and update templates, process maps, and intranet content.
* Provide research and advisory support to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in providing professional administrative support, including document preparation and records management.
* Prior experience in government or a similar environment is preferable.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
