Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Leader to spearhead our digital presence and drive consumer connection across the Pacific market.
This role will oversee the development of an integrated digital strategy that delivers seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints.

* Create a meaningful two-way value exchange between them and our brand.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead initiatives that grow both brand equity and e-commerce performance, while also supporting digital retail activation.
* Lead and develop the adidas Pacific Digital Activation team.
* Drive CRM, traffic growth, membership loyalty, and email marketing initiatives.
* Oversee e-commerce and app marketing strategy, including site content, conversion programs, and data capture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven expertise in digital strategy, planning, and execution (in-house or agency).
* Strong experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners.
* A deep understanding of online retail and performance marketing (SEM, PPC, display, affiliates).
