As a Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality media buys for our global client. This position involves owning the best practice execution of biddable and direct media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Digital Director and wider media team to support media strategy development and planning activity.
* Deliver end-to-end biddable media campaigns and direct social buys, ensuring timely and accurate results.
* Execute, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns across Google Display & Video (DV360).
* Extract performance report data for meetings, presenting results, trends, and identifying opportunities.
* Support and mentor junior team members in establishing best practice processes, reviewing work for high standards, and platform troubleshooting as the subject matter expert.
* Work with clients and teams to share innovations, develop ideas, and bring them on a journey to meet client goals.
