Must have knowledge of staff leadership and training, reporting, stock control, install a very high level of service and lead the staff to create a repeat business mentality. You You have at least 2-4 years of management experience in an a la carte dining space You have strong analytic/decision-making skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. You have good oral/written communication skills with exceptional team building capability. You are passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed standards. You are a dynamic, energetic and positive leader, a self-starter, proactively driven to get things done and does the right thing for the business.
