Key responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the business
* Manage both front & back of house operations to ensure service quality
* Lead, train & motivate staff in providing exceptional customer service experience
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety & food hygiene standards
Requirements
* Demonstrated Hospitality or other relevant experience
* Strong leadership skills & ability to motivate & manage a team
* Excellent communication & organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
*Salary negotiable based on relevant experience & qualifications
