Tullawong State School are seeking a focussed and dynamic Deputy Principal to join the committed leadership team on their journey to achieve the best possible outcomes and pathways for all students.
This is a temporary full-time position until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise advised.

About The School
Tullawong State School is a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the western section of Caboolture, a growing regional hub situated between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Our school opened in 1993 and serves Prep to Year 6 students in a supportive environment where all learners are valued and respected.
About The Role
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Promote socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
* Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
* Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups.
* Be future-oriented and strategic.
* Understand policies and legislation affecting the department.
* Manage department resources to achieve goals.
