About the role;
We're looking for a Business Analyst who can help us turn smart ideas into real outcomes for our members. You'll be part of a collaborative Transformation Delivery team that shapes solutions across our multi-brand group.
* Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners and Project Managers to translate business needs into practical, well-defined solutions.
* Analyse and document current vs future state processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and bring clarity to complexity.
* Lead workshops, elicit requirements and facilitate meaningful discussions that move projects forward.
* Support delivery from design to implementation including testing, change and go-live activities.
* Champion continuous improvement within our Agile and Waterfall environments, finding better, smarter ways to work.
What will you bring?
* Solid experience as a Business Analyst working across both Agile and Project environments.
* Strong facilitation, collaboration and requirements gathering skills.
* A mind for process improvement, you naturally spot inefficiencies and find ways to fix them.
* Confident working independently and within tight deadlines.
* Technically savvy with a knack for translating between business and IT.
* Previous experience in a compliance-focused, regulatory environment is highly desirable.
* Salesforce experience (or similar CRM background) will be a big plus.
* Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Miro and other collaboration tools.
* Agile experience and/or certification will help you hit the ground running.
