We are now seeking a high-performance Team Leader to work alongside the Sales Manager to train, coach, and elevate our appointment-setting team.
🔹 The Role
As Team Leader, you will:
Assist in managing and motivating a team of appointment setters
Train new and existing staff on qualification, objection handling, and booking quality appointments
Monitor call quality and provide structured feedback
Improve show rates and overall appointment quality
Help drive KPIs and daily performance standards
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Step in and lead from the front when required
This is not just a “senior telemarketer” role — this is a leadership position with growth opportunity.

We want someone who:
Has proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting
Has leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
Understands the difference between volume and quality
Knows how to increase show rates, not just bookings
Is confident running team huddles and performance reviews
Can handle underperformance professionally and effectively
Leads by example and drives standards
Experience in property, finance, or high-ticket services is highly regarded.
