About the Role
This position is based at our Salisbury Plain site, in South Australia on a part-time basis of 25 hours with hours worked between Monday to Friday. You will be playing a key role in this business while being a part of a supportive small team and reporting to the Fleet Manager.
The Fleet Administrator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer support for the organisation's vehicle fleet and service centre office operations. It also ensures fleet compliance, accurate record-keeping, effective processing of repairs and service invoicing, and timely communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
The position also supports broader administrative functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and experience in fleet (desirable not essential), or high-volume transactional environments and seeks a part-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate Fleet Registration, Compliance documentation, Fines & Infringements, Fleet Systems, Reporting & Telematics and Fuel Cards & Tolls, Statutory declarations
* Deliver Fleet Administration and general Administration & Office Support
* Action Warranty & Service Administration
* Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and databases
* Respond to and liaise with internal and external fleet enquiries in a professional and timely manner, includes preparing tax invoices, credit notes, and processing subcontractor invoices
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
* Love deadlines and moving with pace and drive
* Have previous experience in automotive administration, fleet administration, or dealership operations
* Comfortably know your way around Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Have attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and customer interactions. Dot those I's and cross those T's.
* Are organised, resourceful, and great at prioritising when things get busy
* Communicate clearly and politely, with flair and confidence—both in writing and face-to-face, to varied audiences including telephone and customer liaison
* Are a proactive and dependable team player with a solutions-focused mindset mixed with a sense of humour
* Have flexibility with availability pending business needs
* Bring a strong work ethic: operate with initiative, trustworthiness
