Position Requirements
- Perform a wide range of tradesman assistance tasks under direction from a qualified tradesman and basic maintenance and servicing to tools and equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers and irrigation repairs.
- Performing grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
- Ability to perform a broad range of general services including coordinating office moves, furniture relocations, cleaning fleet vehicles, physical set up of special events/functions and basic grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
- Ability to work in compliance with Workplace health and safety regulations.
