Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a 9-day fortnight, offering consistent weekday off for balance and wellbeing.

* Deliver seamless, high-quality front office experience.
* Support onboarding and training for new team members with clarity and consistency.
* Maintain and improve established protocols, systems, and workflows.
* Manage patient communication, scheduling, payments, and front desk processes with accuracy and care.
