Perma CompositesTM distributes Fibre Glass Reinforced (FRP) (PermaStructTM) and Timber Composites (PermaTimberTM) products.
The customer base spans many different sectors including Mining, Construction, Utilities, Building, Architecture, Marine Industries and Australia's major hardware retailer.
Perma Composites sources products both internationally and domestically to fulfill our customer demands.
We currently seek a full-time Administration Team member to assist in our short-term and long-term goals.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to learn new skills in developing our financial management system and develop skills in our Logistics and International supplier base and will need to accept a high level of responsibility for this challenging role to ensure the Company's success.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
Primary Duties:
Process purchase and sales orders including Perma's EDI system and key accounts.
Liaise with the Perma national sales team to coordinate orders and delivery schedules.
Liaise and work with Perma's international supplier base and logistics service providers.
Assist the accounts and logistics team with day-to-day operations.
Responding to customer phone calls, website queries, social media and emails.
A base understanding of marketing including social media, marketing material co-ordination.
To work Monday - Friday, starting at 7:30AM (AWST).
Skills and Experience:
Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central skills preferred.
High level of attention to details and reliable.
Minimum 1-2 years of office support experience required.
You will be working with an enthusiastic, highly professional sales innovation and technical team based in WA, VIC, NSW, and QLD.
