Our team offers a close-knit, supportive culture and is committed to excellence in therapy, professional development, and client outcomes.What We Offer:Flexible Working Arrangements – Choose your caseload focus (adults, children, or both), and tailor your hours to suit full-time, part-time, or school-based schedules.Diverse Caseload – Work across multiple settings including homes, schools, childcare centres, and community spaces, with outreach opportunities to regional towns.Ongoing Supervision and Support – Regular 1:1 supervision, team meetings, case discussions, and professional development sessions.Professional Development Opportunities – Funded and supported learning pathways tailored to your career goals.Team Morale & Connection – Monthly wellbeing catchups and bi-monthly team building events/activities to support connection across our remote team.Telehealth Options – Work from anywhere and support clients who prefer or require online therapy.Equipment Provided – iPad, therapy resources, and branded uniforms supplied.Admin Support – Dedicated administrative assistance for scheduling, billing, documentation, and liaising with schools and clients.Provide comprehensive assessments and tailored therapy for speech, language, social communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication difficulties.Develop and deliver therapy plans based on client-centred and evidence-based practice.Maintain detailed client records in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.Liaise with families, support workers, educators, and other allied health providers.Meet realistic billable targets with supportive time for documentation and non-face-to-face tasks.Preferred Experience and Skills:Tertiary speech pathology qualification.Registration or ability to become registered with SPA.Strong communication and time-management skills.Experience working with NDIS participants preferred but not essential.Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of initiative.Other Requirements:Current Driver’s Licence and access to reliable vehicleWorking With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtainNational Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)RRHAN-EC training for school visits (or willingness to obtain)Apply Now: If you're an enthusiastic clinician looking to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.
