Business Support Specialist Role

About the Position:
The Business Support Specialist will work closely with our collaborative and people-focused General Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting our technical team. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating corporate services and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and technical leads.
* Coordinate corporate functions, events, and office initiatives.
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and HRIS updates.
* Format fee submissions, tenders, and project deliverables.
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors for office maintenance.
* Champion WHS and quality culture across the team.
* Support IT coordination and general office operations.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and loves being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of client-facing administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive solutions-focused mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, knowledge of office systems, basic HR, marketing, and IT procedures, and a Diploma in Business Administration (preferred).
