Our Villa Pelletier facility provides accommodation and support to 40 residents and encompasses design features that are particularly beneficial to residents with mobility challenges.As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to clinical and care staff, ensuring residents receive high-quality clinical care. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining clinical quality and risk management programs while fostering a person-centred care approach that supports consumer involvement in decision-making.We’ll Also Be Asking You ToSupport, coordinate and mentor a small team of nurses & health care workers.Provide clinical leadership, assess & develop capability of nursing staff.Coordinate & oversee admissions, and clinical documentation.Prepare budgets & support cost control initiatives.Participate in quality improvement programs. Review & update relevant policies / procedures.Consult with SCC WA clinical leads & external medical practitioners to ensure best outcomes for our clients.About YouYou are a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care. With a deep understanding of clinical quality and risk management, you ensure best practices are followed while promoting a person-centred approach.
