About the Property Administration Role
As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your existing property and financial administration skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day rent collection, ensuring timely payments from tenants.
* Process monthly rent rolls, issue tenant invoices, and oversee arrears collection.
* Assist with annual budget preparation and track monthly forecasts against actuals.
* Coordinate centre outgoings budgeting and reconciliation processes.
* Issue notices to retailers who fail to pay rent on time.
* Perform lease audits to ensure tenancy schedule accuracy.
* Maintain tenant details, manage recurring and ad-hoc billings via system workflows.
* Complete tenant reconciliations, reconcile and bank gift card takings.
* Prepare monthly profit and loss reporting, management reporting, and participate in report presentations as required.
* Oversee extended trade, accounts payable, and open PO reporting for the Centre.
* Manage carpark bookings and maximise income opportunities.
Requirements
* Prior property administration experience in retail shopping centres or similar environments.
* Good working knowledge of rent collection and management strategies.
* Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work weekend rosters and attend after-hour events when required.
