The Role
This full-time role reports to our National Sales Manager and is responsible for:
* Developing commercial business through sales and profit growth
* Establishing and maintaining sound business relationships with Commercial clients
* Creating proposals, quotes, and trade agreements that meet customer and business needs
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Driving and managing sales opportunities to deliver budgets and GP margins
* Providing regular feedback on market trends and customer liaison
* Seeking opportunities to improve the service experience of the customer
* Being a product expert and providing feedback on client needs and product market trends
* BUILDING positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication channels are maintained
About You
* You will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with building, lighting, and electrical industry knowledge
* Proven sales and negotiation skills ideally in a trade associate business
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective ability to gain the support and cooperation of others to deliver results
