We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed‐term, full‐time and part‐time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated applicants who can provide high quality administrative and customer‐focused support services within a dynamic and fast‐paced school environment. We have opportunities to develop generic and specific administrative roles including Reception, Finance, Human Resources, Student Services, attendance and support to other corporate services functional areas as required.
Suitable applicants will ideally be professional, adaptable and committed to delivering excellent service. They should display a positive, solutions‐focused mindset, embrace innovation and continuous improvement, and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team. Strong organisational skills, self‐motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently are highly desirable.
The role also requires strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Department of Education systems such as Student Information System (SIS), RM Finance, RM Billing and Compass is desirable. Previous experience in a school‐based administrative role will be highly regarded.

* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.

o Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
o Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
