What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
- Chatting with walk-in customers, answering phones, taking orders, and helping them find what they need.
- Doing admin like data entry, invoicing, assist in website enquiries and sales while keeping our system up to date (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
- Work closely with the sales team to keep things flowing smoothly.
- Spot ways to improve and upsell when it makes sense, helping customers AND growing the business.

- You love helping people and solving problems.
- You’re confident talking to anyone and can stay calm under pressure.
- You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in your work.
