JOB DESCRIPTION
LION Digital is a new breed of Agency and has a unique model to offer a holistic eCommerce service to their customers.
We're looking for an experienced Sales focused Executive Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a quick and organised manner.
You will work one-on-one with an executive on a variety of tasks related to their work responsibilities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proficiency in English, you will be required to work with an all english speaking team and call potential UK based clients.
Advanced English and fluent speaking abilities is a must have.
The right candidate needs to have experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing agencies (Required)
Knowledge and experience of HubSpot or a similar CRM (Salesforce)
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Tech Savvy
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Organise and maintain information that may be sensitive confidential or technical in nature.
