About The Role
* Provide high‐level administration and organisational support to the General Manager, enabling focus on strategic business operations.
* Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinate appointments, and oversee meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared and completed.
* Prioritise executive email and all correspondence, ensuring timely action, escalation, and resolution of requests while monitoring deliverables and collating input from broader stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with the General Manager to design and implement culture‐building and engagement strategies that align with RAA's vision and values.
* Lead and support internal communications to reinforce organisational values, leadership expectations, and strategic priorities.
* Act as a cross‐functional connector, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency in messaging and execution.
* Organise executive‐level functions, travel, and business engagements in accordance with AAL Preferred Supplier Agreements, and prepare monthly expense reports and budget confirmations.
* Prepare and manage highly confidential documents, presentations, reports, and data analysis, while maintaining database administration, document control, and filing systems in line with AAL policies.
About You
* Extensive experience providing high‐level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders in corporate environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage and communicate with impact.
* High attention to detail, completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, and identifying errors or inconsistencies quickly.
* Proactive problem‐solver with sound judgement and effective decision‐making capabilities.
* Exceptional planning, prioritisation, and ability to manage competing priorities and demands within agreed timeframes.
* Ability to manage internal clients' expectations, triaging matters and ensuring they are handled within agreed timelines and scope.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
