* As a Team Supervisor, you will lead a team of 10-15 customer service officers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through:

* Preparing and delivering training sessions to upskill your team members
* Allocating workloads and supporting the wider team in projects
* Previous experience working in a Contact Centre environment
* Demonstrated ability to coach a team for exceptional customer experiences

* Experience contributing to results as part of an operational management team
* Exceptional communication skills with adaptability and issue resolution
