Great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in high volume recruitment.
About The Opportunity
This is a maternity leave cover, for a fixed period contract.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing and sourcing across a range of roles within the business.
The focus for this role is high volume retail Brand Ambassador recruitment and Merchandiser recruitment, however there is also a requirement for finding exceptional talent for Client Service Management and Business Management roles.

The Successful Candidate Will Also Have
Previous experience in high volume recruitment
An understanding of current sourcing techniques
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Relevant tertiary HR or business qualification preferred but not essential
