About the role
Delcare Constructions is seeking a Laborer/ concreter to join our team on the Central Coast, NSW. In this role, you will provide support to our construction projects, assisting tradespeople and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting a civil construction crew in the construction of roads, concrete works, watermains, stormwater and sewer infrastructure.
* Performing general laboring and concreting duties, including loading and unloading materials, site clean-up, and waste management
* Operating small equipment and machinery as required
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, following all health and safety rules.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the project
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a construction labourer or in a similar role.
* Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
* Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
