About the Role

* Lead a team of pathology collectors, promoting operational efficiency through coaching, mentorship, and clear communication.
* IDentify and capitalize on local growth opportunities to enhance business performance and revenue.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure brand standards and hygiene compliance are upheld.
* Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including fellow managers and executive leaders.
* Cultivate innovation by promoting digital tools and smarter ways of working.
* Nurture strong relationships with referrers to grow referral volumes.
* Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance across frontline teams.
* Ensure continuous improvement in service standards, compliance, and workplace safety.
* Promote Healius' values and vision at community and industry events.
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience in healthcare, retail, or operational leadership (multi-site preferred).
* Able to lead, engage, and inspire frontline teams.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* A track record of quality, compliance, and WHS.
* Commercial acumen and results orientation – able to deliver outcomes.
* Confidence with digital tools (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
