About the Role
As our Prepper & Polisher, you will work closely with our spray painters to ensure vehicles are perfectly prepared before paint and finished to a high standard after paint.
Your duties will include:
* Prepping vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning, etc.)
* Assisting painters with day-to-day preparation tasks
* De-nibbing and polishing vehicles after paint
* Ensuring all completed work meets quality standards
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience in prepping and polishing within the automotive spray-painting or smash repair industry
* Strong attention to detail
* Good work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work well in a team
* Willingness to learn and follow workshop procedures
