About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the overall function of the HR department and acting as a key point of contact and support for team members across all levels.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting managers with policy and procedure implementation
* Liaising with the Area Director of HR on key matters
* Managing succession planning and employee relations
* Ensuring absence monitoring and online personnel systems are up-to-date
* Coordinating workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator with strong industrial relations knowledge and a background in team member engagement, recruitment, and learning and development activities.
