Multiple positions are available - Permanent and Temporary Full Time (12 months).**| Workplace Location | North West Qld |**About the role****The North West Hospital and Health Service Kidney Service delivers comprehensive kidney care across Mount Isa and remote satellite dialysis units in Cloncurry, Doomadgee, Mornington Island and Normanton. As a Clinical Nurse, you will practise autonomously and collaboratively, providing advanced clinical expertise, leadership and coordination in the delivery of haemodialysis care for patients with complex needs.*** **Provide advanced haemodialysis clinical care, leadership, and decision making within Mount Isa and outreach satellite units (Flights and shared accommodation provided when delivering Outreach dialysis at the satellite locations).*** **Champion culturally responsive, person-centred care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and diverse communities.*** **Contribute to quality improvement, education, research activities and operational leadership including shift coordination and service development.****Working with us**+ For 1 year will get you an **isolation bonus** of AUD$3,605. If you stay for 2 years you will get AUD$10,815... and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will get AUD$7,210 (pro rata for part time employees).**In your downtime,** we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (full time employees) (inc. spouse/dependents) or 1 return airfare p.a.
