Aircraft maintenance professionals play a vital role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of commercial aircraft. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out component repairs and maintenance on various parts of the aircraft, including slides and rafts, wheels and brakes, ULDs, flight controls, and radios.
To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in aerospace skills and experience working with aircraft components. Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical, Structures or Avions), are highly desirable. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of industry best practices and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
