Sales Director Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our OEM sales efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding channel ecosystems.
About the Role
* Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in key markets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Maintain and expand existing relationships with key customers and partners.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Hunter Mentality: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads organically through research and outreach.
* Candidate Identification: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship-building activities.
* Deal Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies for key deals.
* Sales Enablement: Provide guidance and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
* Reporting and Analytics: Analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
* Recent MBA Graduate or 5-7 Years of Software OEM Sales Experience: A strong preference for experience in security, cloud, and endpoint solutions.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Related Field: Demonstrated technical aptitude in enterprise solutions (preference for cybersecurity).
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to articulate compelling value propositions and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
* Self-Starter with Excellent Project Management Skills: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
